*NOTE: This event is in-person, there will be a Zoom book club April 30th.
We'll begin with a 45-minute gentle yoga and breathwork class incorporating the themes and concepts from the book Breath, by James Nestor. After class, we'll have a lively discussion to share our thoughts about the book.
*This event is free and will be outside and socially distant. Please bring your mask, a yoga mat or blanket to sit on, and your ideas and thoughts to share with the group!
