Whether you are new to yoga or meditation, rehabilitating from an injury, or looking to refine movement patterns, private instruction offers a unique learning opportunity tailored to your needs and capabilities.

Sessions draw on research and clinical applications of psychology, physical therapy, and mindfulness meditation. Individualized instruction helps contextualize how everyday movements (ie. sitting, standing, walking, lifting, etc.) with proper alignment help create sustainable strength, flexibility, and mobility. For sessions addressing injury rehabilitation, self-massage techniques may be offered for additional myofascial conditioning.

Apprenticeship Program for Instructors
Looking to gain knowledge, teaching experience, or consultation for starting or growing a career as an instructor? Mentorship opportunities are available for; hands-on assists, working with injuries, developing a private client practice, and organizing and leading workshops and retreats.
