Free All Levels Yoga & Meditation

Try-It-Out Free Class

All levels yoga class focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes will integrate the fields of biomechanics, functional movement, and positive psychology. Guided meditations will focus on breath awareness and relaxation of the body and mind.

Spring Session Begins April 11th.
