Private or Small Group Instruction
Whether you are new to yoga or meditation, rehabilitating from injury, or looking to refine movement patterns, private instruction offers a unique learning opportunity tailored to your needs and capabilities.
Sessions draw on research and clinical applications of psychology, physiology, pain management, physical therapy, and mindfulness meditation. Individualized instruction helps contextualize how everyday movements (ie. sitting, standing, walking, lifting, etc.) with proper alignment help create sustainable strength, flexibility, mobility. For sessions addressing injury rehabilitation, self-massage techniques may be offered for myofascial restructuring of scar tissue.
